Council 0n Aging and Senior Center Directors are professionals who:

Coordinate services that assure maximum dignity and independence; host activities that educate and affirm; assess needs and inform their municipality; advocates for funding and other resources; mobilize volunteers of all ages; enable Seniors, individually and in groups, to live full lives; bring generations together; and generate ideas that keep Massachusetts on the cutting edge.
 
The Lakeville Council on Aging is a Department of the Town and is supported by local, state and federal funds; and grants and donations. The Council on Aging operates a Senior Center where services and programs are provided. The COA meets the first Wednesday of the month at 10 AM at the COA Center.
